Cancellation policy

PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation:

Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to our Return and Refund Policy.

How to Cancel:

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at infojumishatgifts@gmail.com with your order number. Cancellation requests are processed during business hours (Sunday-Thursday, 9 AM - 6 PM GST).

Cancellation Timeframe:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet shipped
• Orders in processing (1-3 business days) may be cancelled if not yet dispatched
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned

Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
